ScoreBox Support

Getting started

ScoreBox is a player and live-scores overlay. It does not provide channels or streams itself. You bring your own IPTV playlist: an M3U URL, or an Xtream Codes host, username, and password from your IPTV provider. On first launch, add your playlist and pick the leagues and teams you follow.

Supported devices

ScoreBox runs on Apple TV (tvOS) and Android TV.

Common questions

ScoreBox won't load my channels.

Double-check that the M3U URL (or the Xtream host, username, and password) exactly matches what your provider gave you, and that the device has a working internet connection.

A game shows no channel, or the wrong one.

ScoreBox matches games to your channels by name. If your provider names channels in an unusual way, a match can be missed. You can manually pick or pin a channel for any game from its detail screen.

The scores look out of date.

Scores and schedules come from public sports data and refresh periodically. Live games update most frequently.

Does ScoreBox include channels or a subscription?

No. ScoreBox plays the IPTV playlist you already have and overlays sports information on top of it. You provide your own IPTV service.
